We offer ...

Our Nonviolent Communication offerings are based upon the teaching of Marshall Rosenberg, the distinguished psychologist, mediator, author, and teacher. For comprehensive information on Nonviolent Communication’s principles go to The Center for Nonviolent Communication’s web site, www.cnvc.org. Marshall had a life-long quest to understand why some people behave violently in some circumstances while others do not. Rosenberg believed that we are culturally taught to use the language of blame, fear, judgment and domination, whereas in our natural state we view ourselves and others with compassion and take joy in nurturing our shared values and needs.

Our workshops consist of didactic presentations, demonstrations and interactive exercises.  We also offer coaching to augment the workshops.

As part of our services we offer mediation for those who do not want to learn NVC or have a conflict that they would like a third party to assist them with.

We offer Dynamic Facilitation to groups in order to maximize creativity, effectiveness and efficiency and enable them to come to a consensus.  Dynamic Facilitation works extremely well in cases where there our diverse perspectives and dispersed knowledge.

Teach this triple truth to all: A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things which renew humanity.
